I am a 28-year retired Navy Veteran who enjoys woodworking especially custom woodworking. I retired from government service after retiring from the Navy. So I created Dockside Wood Works, we are passionate about creating beautiful wood projects and functional pieces that will last for generations. Our journey began over a decade ago when we started crafting custom products for friends and family. Today, we continue to be inspired by the natural beauty of wood and the satisfaction of creating something that will be cherished for years to come. I have a CNC router and a laser engraver that I enjoy working on, as well as wood lathe that is used for making pens, bowls, vases etc. If you would like an American made handmade project, my shop is the perfect place to start looking.
